Restoration and colourisation are artistic services, and while every effort is made to preserve authenticity and achieve the highest possible quality, exact historical accuracy cannot always be guaranteed. Final digital files will be delivered electronically after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the personalised nature of digital restoration work, completed services and delivered digital files are non-refundable once the restoration process has started. Minor revisions may be offered where reasonable.

RestoreMyPhotos reserves the right to use restored images for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless the client specifically requests complete privacy before work begins.
